Professional Development Qualification for Educational Specialists

The Continuing Professional Development Center at “Creativity” EOOD is included in the project BG05M20P001-2.010-0001 “Qualification for Professional Development of Educational Specialists”.

The target group includes educational specialists (teachers, principals, etc. according to the Law on Preschool and School Education, Chapter 11, Section I, Art. 211), who during the project period work in the education system. All project participants will have the opportunity to express interest in training in specific programs that meet their needs for additional qualification. Through participation in Activities 1 and 2, educational specialists will be supported to acquire a higher professional-qualification degree corresponding to their professional growth. For the purposes of the project, expenses are planned for conducting qualification courses for the target group.

Activity 1 – Support for professional growth and development of professional skills of educational specialists through trainings that end with the award of 1 to 3 qualification credits according to Ordinance No. 12 of 01.09.2016 on the status and professional development of teachers, principals and other educational specialists, and which help:

1. for mastering knowledge and forming skills and competencies related to the use of innovative methods in teaching, modern methods in assessing learning outcomes, diagnosis of personal development and counseling of students with a view to achieving quality education and personal development.
2. for the application of models for creating and developing a positive school environment, including for improving the interaction between family and school, attracting parents for more active participation in the school community and for effective classroom management.
3. for improving the preparation of educational specialists with managerial functions for applying modern models for managing educational institutions, leadership for effective organization of school activities and coordination of educational teams.
